POSITION: Behavior Technician in Applied Behavior Analysis
LOCATIONS: Haarlem, Alkmaar, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, The Hague, other cities
AVAILABILITY: Monday-Friday or Saturday, 10am/12pm-6pm/8pm (max. 8 hrs p/d)
HOURS: 10-25 hours per week
NEED: English or Dutch

We effectively treat children and adults diagnosed with Autism Disorder, Asperger Disorder, developmental delays and other related disorders. We collaborate with specialists internationally, and create a network of thoroughly trained Behavior Interventionists, (BCBA) supervisors, regional directors and assessors.

  • Enthusiastic and passionate individuals
  • BA/BS in Psychology/Counseling/ Early Intervention/ ABA/ Education/MFT
  • Experience with (special needs) Children and ABA
  • Self-motivated; honest; responsible; great communicator
  • Great Communication Skills
  • Pass the background check and health screenings
  • Committed for at Least 1 year


  • Participate in a training program that provides instruction on Applied Behavior Analysis, Discrete Trial Training, Verbal Behavior, management of maladaptive behaviors, social skills training, and data collection
  • Implement 1:1 high quality behavior ABA programs to children and adults in their homes, and community settings
  • Continued training and receive on-going supervision from specialists
  • Coach Parents Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Principles
  • Record Data During Intervention Sessions
  • Participate in Clinical Meetings, monthly trainings and quarterly staff meetings
